Injection Molded Samarium Cobalt Magnets
Injection molded SmCo magnetic properties are different than for compression bonded SmCo with a lower Br [2.5 – 8.0 MGOe], but superior Hci [9,000 – 14,900 Oe]. They feature high size precision, and exhibit exceptional shock resistance. Injection Molded SmCo magnets can be processed into various components with complicated shapes lending themselves for use in micro-motors or other specialty motors, office equipment, instruments, and meters to name a few. Custom designs available.
